We employ a fully integrated computerized order entry and inventory management system that can be configured to notify clients in advance as inventory is depleted and will provide estimates for restocking. We can also provide reports on your inventory levels, ordering activity, and shipping details. In addition to operating a standard inventory management and order entry system, we also employ an inventory allocation system that allows allocated inventory to be individually allocated to designated vendors, reps, etc, on an item by item basis

Maraca can provide clients with secure remote access to the inventory and allocations systems through either a terminal service remote desktop connection or a web based remote connection allowing you access to custom and ad hoc reports 24/7.

We can receive and process orders through our bilingual 1-800 order desk, by fax and electronically via e-mail, customized e-commerce website, requests from client web pages, or through EDI.

We work with our clients to determine the most cost-efficient delivery methods. The combination of our shipping volumes and prime location gives us convenient access to a number of delivery companies.

Our team of professionals will accurately pick, pack and ship orders by the case or pallet load, for our clients anywhere in North America, or fulfill orders for a client ordering as little as one product. We also have a large “stand-by” staff that can be called upon to handle one time or periodic mass mailings or assembly of any time sensitive product, packages or kits.
